Joseph Dashou

“I am a Jiu-Jitsu black belt and before working with Joe I would consider myself the best of the worst so to say. I always had the better wrestling in the Jiu-Jitsu gym but when going with real wrestlers in the MMA room who weren't content to play guard once I began or landed a takedown or continued after the first time they hit the mat I realized all the holes in my game. He is an incredibly high level wrestler but an even higher level coach the way he approached teaching me and building the right skill set that complemented my Jiu Jitsu and allowed me to land takedowns and land on top in MMA scenarios is what really heloed me excell. Within our first session breaking down the single leg that I'd done for over a decade and been through in every Jujitsu gym I'd ever been in or MMA gym through one session he improved it 100 fold and let me see and feel and realize that Eureka moment with everything I was doing wrong and immediately not just helped me but helped me transfer that knowledge to my students and training partners I could not recommend Joe more highly and will always have him in my corner.”
