All Ages ### Can I start as a complete beginner? Yes! All levels are welcome. All we need is a goal and we'll go from there! ### What should I bring to my first lesson? For your first wrestling lesson, bring clothes for exercise. I focus on fundamentals such as takedowns, positioning, and technique. Ask me before booking if you’d like to confirm whether any specific clothing or additional equipment is needed. ### Where do lessons take place? I can travel to your home/gym you have access to or you can come to California Mixed Martial Arts (CMMA). ### Can I take a lesson with a friend or family member? Yes. Each additional person is $30/hour. ### What happens during the first lesson? We go over your goals with wrestling whether it is at a competitive level or a complete beginner looking to try something new.
